Ciao a tutti!! Oggi voglio proporvi qualcosa di dolce! Qualcosa
che piacerà sicuramente anche ai più piccoli: delle mini torte. Le dosi sono
per 7-8 mini torte. Le ho divise: un po’ col cioccolato e un po’ con i frutti
rossi. Deliziose entrambe!!

Small cakes
190 g flour
90 g butter
100 g sugar
100 ml milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (optional)
Grated rind of one lemon
A pinch of baking soda
A pinch of salt
Drops of chocolate or red fruits if you like it.

Cut the butter (at room temperature) into small pieces and add it to the sugar.
With the help of a whisk or an electric mixer reduce the mixture to cream. Put
the egg and salt and continue stirring. Then add the grated lemon rind. In a
bowl add the sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla (optional)
and mix together. Join them to the egg mixture, sugar and butter in spoonfuls.
Add the milk and mix it all so as not to form lumps. You can also add chocolate
chips to the mixture or red fruits. With the help of a spoon to put some
compound in paper cups with no fill to the brim. Bake in preheated oven at 180
degrees for 25-30 minutes. Baked your little cakes and let them rest for 5
minutes. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and enjoy them!
