Here
we are, back from the Christmas holidays. I wonder how
many good things you have eaten! I
have tasted all the specialties of my native land:
Calabria.
I bet you're curious about all those recipes … there are a too many of them but we will discover them together during these days.
To
get started, today I want to propose the typical home-made pasta:
the "Scilatelle" that in Calabria are called.... "the
Scilatiaddri"! Think about it: at my parent's place, they are prepared every
Sunday!! It’s a simple pasta to make but very tasty, especially
if it’s served with a nice fresh tomato sauce.
I
am also very curious to find the recipes of your areas. I
look forward to hearing all your comments. And
now let’s go and prepare our "Scilatiaddri".

ritornati dalle vacanze natalizie. Chissà quante cose buone avete mangiato!! Io
ho gustato tutte le specialità della mia terra: la Calabria.
Mi
sa che siete curiosi di sapere tutte le ricette … sono un po’ tante però le
scopriremo insieme durante questi giorni.
Per
iniziare, oggi voglio proporvi la tipica pasta fatta in casa: le Scilatelle che
in Calabria si chiamano ...“i Scilatiaddri”! Pensate a casa dei miei genitori
si preparano tutte le domeniche!! È una pasta semplice da fare ma molto gustosa
soprattutto se condita con un bel sugo di pomodoro fresco.
Sono
anche molto curiosa di scoprire le ricette tipiche delle vostre zone. Attendo
tutti i vostri commenti. Ed ora andiamo a preparare i nostri
“Scilatiaddri”.
