Simple biscuits for simple Christmas gifts

Christmas is approaching and we ought to think about gifts... I'm sure that for many of you, like me, the time of the gifts is a critical moment: tight schedules, few ideas and sometimes a limited budget. So I have taken the time to think about it and I have decided that this year I want to do something special, easy and not expensive. So what about cooking? I thought I would make some biscuits, buy some nice decorations and make gift boxes with a bit of fantasy… It will definitely be an appreciated thought for the most glutton friends and relatives. Today I propose delicious biscuits to you. They are very easy to make! We prepare two different types of biscuits but with the same mixture… but I leave the creativity to you for the decoration! Ready? Let's go!

Pronti? Let’s go!

Simple biscuits with dark chocolate and filled with creamy chocolate.
Recipe for about 20 biscuits.

200 gr flour
50 gr butter
50 gr sugar
1 whole egg and 1 yolk egg
Baking powder q.b.
Chocolate hazelnut cream q.b.
Dark chocolate q.b.
Icing sugar q.b.
Grated rind of half lemon (optional)

Place the flour in a bowl with baking powder, sugar, grated rind of half lemon (optional) and butter cut it into small pieces. Mix it well with butter and transfer it all on a surface (e.g. the kitchen table). Add the whole egg and the yolk egg and mix well until the mixture is elastic. Cover with plastic wrap and put the mixture in the fridge for half an hour. After this time, place the mixture on a floured surface. Roll the mixture out  until it measures 1 cm in thick with the help of a rolling pin. Then you to create the shape of a disk with the help of a glass or a small mould. Mix the mixture again and roll it out to get other disks. Cover a baking-tin with greaseproof paper and walk over 8 / 10 disks. Bake for about 15-20 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degrees C (the cooking time depends on the oven). Meanwhile, prepare the other biscuits. With the help of a teaspoon, take a little cream chocolate (I use Bio cream but you can use Nutella or another creamy chocolate). Then place the cream chocolate in the middle of the disk and put another disk on, trying to close the edges well. Meanwhile, remove the other biscuits from the oven and let it rest. Leave the oven on at the same temperature and put the other biscuits. Cook the other biscuits for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, melt some dark chocolate in a bain-marie and spread it on the biscuits that you had just baked, with the help of a spoon and let them cool. Remove the cookies from oven and sprinkle them with icing sugar. Now let your imagination run free with gift boxes. Your glutton friends or relatives will love it :D!!
Simply biscuits with dark chocolate

200 gr farina
50 gr burro
50 gr zucchero
1 uovo interno e 1 tuorlo
Lievito per dolci q.b.
Crema di cioccolata alla nocciola q.b.
Cioccolato fondente q.b.
Zucchero a velo q.b.

I vostri amici o parenti golosi ne saranno entusiasti :D!!!
